Don't go for weight loss till 6 month of delivery. U can maintain ur weight follow post pregnancy diet. After 6  month u can reduce ur weight.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Are you still best feeding the baby? Did you check your iron, calcium and vitamin  and thyroid profile?if no please get it down. Also if you have started with any physical training /yoga/walk?

Avoid white sugar, maida, and all kinds of drinks hard, soft and fruit juices and foods from outside and packaged vaccum sealed foods. Eat plenty of fresh fruits nad veggies, dry fruits honey dates and jaggery and add fenu Greek seeds in dals regualalry, eat garlic, ginger and pepper in food every single day!
