Weight not getting reduced
It's been 16 days that I left sugar, and I am doing diet and started exercise as well but still my weight hasn't reduced. I am taking melmet tablet as adviced by doctor for getting pregnant, kindly tell me why my weight is not getting reduced. What is that I should avoid or do please help me I am feeling very bad and low.

What's your height and weight? Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises Early dinner

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
