Your symptoms are suggestive of an oral thrush which is a fungal infections. You would require a systemic antifungal and a topical antifungal paint to be applied over the infected area. This is commonly seen in immunocompromised patients so I would advise you to visit a dermatologist so that you can be examined and undergo necessary investigations to find the underlying cause of the problem and have it treated accordingly.
