Am loosing weight since 1 month I didn't touched the rice at all but now is it to have a rice now?? But it should not affect my diet if not 5 kgs of weight will be lost. So which rice should I have to prefer for????

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly  for customized diet plan for you.

Hello, opt for brown rice once or twice a week, just 100 gms of cooked portions in lunch. Ensure you eat light in the evenings after 6pm.
