I have severe problem of allergy from Gram flour. It can't be controlled with tablets. So i have to take dexamethasone injection if i ever consume sometimes mistakenly. Is there any solution regarding it or lifetime problem??
It seems that my legs start itching at night, but during the day they're perfectly fine. This issue only occurs in the heat, as there were no problems in cold weather. There are no visible signs like red spots, the legs look completely normal, they just itch.

I have a dark skin layer all around my neck and my inner thighs . I have tried many things but still it is not getting better . It is very awkward tu roam with my dark neck especially during summer days . Is there anything to apply or eat that can cure it permanently ?
