I am satisfied the way the doctor explain about what would be the cause of my illness and suggested to run some test to find out the result and proceed with further treatment.

I hoping for a better result and recovery from my frequently falling ill and body ache.

Online appointment was not accepted

I booked 6:15 pm however that was not accepted and the doctor came aftet 7pm and i was queued at the number 10th. Booked appointment at 6:15 and completed check up at 9:15pm.

THE DOCTOR SHOULD VALUE OTHER'S TIME AS WELL IF SHE WANT OTHERS TO VALUE HER TIME!!!!

Also, i would like to give feedback on the experience i had with the staffs before meeting the doctor. Some were good however, the receptionist do not have the courtesy to ask the patient their title, she just illiterately add whatever she wants.

They are unapologitic about the time wait as well.

she is a pure hearted person so friendly and explains each of our health issues in detail. I strongly recommend to consult Dr.shakunthala mam for your illness. *** *** **** ** **** ********** *** *********

She is a good heart person and will explain things very clearly, but not giving value for others time.

I booked appointment at 7 PM & waited up to 10.30 PM, suddenly she went to emergency without informing to any one in OP, still I waited not turned back. very disappointing.

Hi.. I. Booked appointment online through practo but when I reached there they are saying it's been canceled but in my booking it shows its scheduled. I would not recommend the hospital because from our busy schedule we take out time and book and go but the management doesn't take care of it. The nurse behavior isn't good as well.

Too much waiting time . We came for emergency. But minimum 3 hrs to see doctor.. No satisfaction sisters work.
