About organic foods
Hello Doctor, it is safe to buy organic food and drinks from websites like nutty yogi and Qtrove. I mean to say organic food is good for health but it is worth to buy shakes and cookies for maintaining good health. Please advice. Screenshot attached for your reference. Thanks

Dear Practo user I'm not against any brands or organic manufacturers..As a Nutritionist I prefer home cooked food over any ready to eat foods, esp in this current health situation happening around the world. Its always advisable to eat foods freshly prepared .For that preferably u can choose organic groceries.. Hello Practo User Being a Clinical Dietician& Nutritionist, I believe that every individual is different be it their body structure or food habits or allergies etc. Therefore without knowing about the body type, food habits and meal pattern, one cannot suggest about any supplement.

Hello. Please avoid taking supplements that are not manufactured by renowned pharmaceutical companies. The side effects of such supplements are not known, so it’s safer to take natural foods. However, organic pulses, cereal , fruits ,vegetables , dry fruit preparations, jaggery , chocolate- these are okay to consume as per your convenience.
