  4. BP fluctuation. 120/86. please advise!

BP fluctuation

My BP use to be 110/70 but now it has gone up to 135/90 and sometime 130/100 .This happens last week because my mother was hospitalised and I have to be awake whole night in the hospital .The next day I checked my BP and it came to 120/84 , 110/70, 120/80, 120/86, 110/84 . I consulted doctor and he has put me on BP dose of 20 mg . I didn't start the medicine but bought a BP machine and have checked the BP always comes in the normal range like 117/76, 110/84, 115/79, 120/86. Please advise
