Good morning, as you mentioned here that you are having dry cough, sore throat, headache, runny nose and a recent weather change are suggesting towards a viral fever. Usually for any fever we wait for atleast 3-4 days before starting an antibiotics because if it's a viral fever it will subside by it's own without any antibiotics. If your symptoms are not getting better or you are getting fever with chills then you need to get your blood tested for dengue and malaria.

If u r having mild sore throat then no need to take antibiotics Just do gargling and drink luke warm water for few days If moderate to severe sore throat then do start antibiotics
