Diet for anal fissure

2022-11-13 18:31:52
I have anal fissure due to anal insertion but not due constipation. I have been recommended to consume high fibre food, lots of water and 15ml stool softener. I have been eating only two spoon of white rice with lots of yellow dal, curd, dosa chutney all day and I am bored. Can I eat plain roti with veggies (with no gravy)? if yes, how much roti per day is okay? Can I also eat potatoes? Thank you in advance!

You can eat soft roti and veggies these wouldn't cause any pain. Even you can include potato also in your diet. Eat balanced food and hydrate well

You can try oats and wheat chapatti instead of plain wheat chapatti. 1-2 per meal(lunch/dinner) is fine.
