Hello sir... you are coming under obesity. The weight of body is more than the normal. Firstly u totally stop consuming junk foods like pizza burger and bakery products, switch yourself to fruit diet in between working hrs, whenever u feel hungry consume different types of fruits like papaya grapes oranges etc use skimmed milk daily one glass twice.
Take low calorie diet in breakfast and dinner.
This will help you a lot in reducing weight.
