Swelling in right hand for over a month

Swelling in right hand, have done various tests, fracture is ruled out, latest MRI shows Mild to moderate intra and periarticular fluid seen in all compartment of wrist joint with synovial thickening and patchy marrow edema - likely chronic synovitis changes. Diffuse skin and subcutaneous muscle edema is seen around wrist and hand with intrinsic muscle edema seen in hand region 7 infective etiology /7 Inflammatory, Mild fluid collection is seen along tendon sheath of flexor and extensor tendon - likely mild tenosynovitis.

What is your Job? Any other joint pain? what is the duration of pain? any fever ? wrist movements.? Diabetic ?

Need to get blood tests for infection/ Rheumatoid.. Can go for synovial biopsy.
