1. Start working out for atleast 45 minutes. Include both cardiac and strength exercises in your workout routine. Avoid sitting for long hours.
2. Have more of salads, cooked vegetables and daal in your meals. This will help you to reduce your carbohydrate intake.
3. Avoid eating processed and packed foods. Replace your fried and sweet snacks with something healthy like makhanas, roasted chana, roasted rice puffs, nuts etc.
