Mom,age 55 had Covid in Dec 2020 Also lost weight 10 kg in last 10 months She has IBS frequent motions and severe burping and acid She is taking since 20 days Stop IBS -2wice before meal Tab Bael - 2wice  after meal Takrarisht-Twice before meals Since last 5 days she started Tab ulsant -2wice or thrice after meals Vayu Gulika -6 tablets 2 tablets each after meals Stopped takrarisht and takes stop Ibs once and Bael once She also takes temsi am 40 for high BP and is Thalassemia minor .no meds for Thalassemia minor .sometimes gets chills also Motions are controlled and  Current issue is Severe acid coming up to chest and head and throat .severe burping and flatulence .sometimes headaches and cough due to acid coming up .. Also has low immunity Please help as at these times help will go along way in prayers .stool test ,thryoid and endoscopy test done is normal .attached is report

Can giloy leaf be eaten empty stomach  and can give to1year baby. How its red berry like fruit can be used.

Hello, I am taking several Ayurvedic medicines for rheumatoid arthritis like Chandraprabha Vati, Yograj Guggul, Shilajeet Rasayan, Vrihat Vatchintamani Ras, Praval Pisthi, Mahawat Vidhwansan Ras, Swarna Makshik Bhasma, Giloy Sat, Godanti Bhasma, Vishtinduk Vati, Aamvatari Ras, Punarnavarishth etc. My question, can I take Noni juice along with these? My pain has not currently subsided. Would Noni help in alleviating pain?
