It's very difficult to get proper Vit D. Could you please recommend any suitable supplement that contains both Vit D and Calcium (I am unsure of the options on the Internet because some contain D2 others D3). Please mention the dosage per week. Thank you!

Vitamin D is crucial for bone strength, immunity, and hormonal balance. It is also known as the “sunshine vitamin” because the body can produce it when exposed to sunlight.
Vitamin D-Rich Foods (Vegetarian):
• Mushrooms (especially sun-dried)
• Fortified milk (milk enriched with vitamin D)
• Fortified soy milk
• Fortified orange juice
• Oats and fortified cereals
• Cheese
• Yogurt (fortified)
Vitamin D-Rich Foods (Non-Vegetarian):
• Fatty fish (salmon, tuna, mackerel)
• Egg yolk
• Cod liver oil

The ideal combo would be Vitamin D3+K2. There are many brands like carbamide forte, healthkart that has this combination with calcium.
The dosage will depend on your blood test levels of Vitamin D.
Healthy evening
For vitamin D
Uprise or Cholecalciferol 60 k take weekly once tablet
Take sunbath daily before 10 am 10 -20 minutes it’s natural source of vitamin D
Add in diet eggs with semi cooked yolk, fatty fish like sardines, tuna, mackerel and mushrooms
Also add fortified cereal like muesli and cornflakes.
Avoid
Alcohol and caffeine
