A pencil lead accidentally broke in forearm .it has been 3 months. I have no problem. Should I get it removed surgically or let it be there.please suggest .

Heel pain with knee and calf muscle pain
I recently started running 3 months back for reducing my weight. I m 61 kgs and 154 cm, overweight according to my BMI. Initially there was no pain but I developed pain in my heel and knee 2 wks back. The pain is dull and lingering, starts mostly after my run and I don't actually have issues while running. Since it has started to cause me pain even while walking , I took a break for a week and let it rest for a while. But even after a week it still persists. Is it an overuse injury or due to wrong posture or shoes ? Should I consult a orthopaedic or a sports physiotherapist?

Pain in chest after starting workout
I resumed my weight training on 27/11/18 after a gap of almost 6 months. Did upper body workout on day1, day3 and day5. Also did ab crunches on day5. I have been experiencing chest pain since then. It was only mild and intermittent until Sunday. But has aggravated a little and more persistent since yesterday. Is this related to workout?

Bone growth
Hi , since I noticed my bones were weak, I included my diet with calcium rich and other vitamin rich diet such as milk, bone soup, wheatgrass, meat etc for whole two months and trained my body . But my forearms and legs , fingers are still weak. It's is because of some deficiency that my body didn't absorb and utilize the calcium?
What should I do for increasing my bone density and volume.?
