Bone & Muscle problems

Doc is telling me that my report is normal but he suggested to me Gabapin Nt 400mg, flexabenz plus and vit d3 capsule. I get shock kind of pain on my back middle and side back. My thighs start hurting without any reason, my right hand starts paining without reason. When I get back pain, sudden depression takes place.. I start crying. Even I am getting upset unintentionally, starts crying without any reason.. I don't know what's wrong with me... Please someone help me..

From last 4 month early morning back pain so Dr suggested for MRI..please help me out if any seriouness..

I'm having lower back pain while sleeping from last night after my walk. What could be the possible reasons? I don't feel any pain while walking but when sitting and when sleeping i can feel stiffness

Hi from the last 3-4 days I have started getting leg pains which started from shoulder pain but reached my legs. During these rainy days pain tends to be more frequent especially during sleeping time it used to happen in the past but very occasionally. Suddenly it started and now it's been 3 days I need to take paracetamol to reduce the pains. After waking up when I touched my feet to the ground the soles of my feet used to hurt but that has gone now but these leg pains are very frequent at night and in the morning. Ease share your thoughts about what's happening as it's been 3 days.
