When we stand or sit a long time and stand and bend knees I get crackling sound.. did x-ray and doc say that knee replacement required.. guide me.. is knee replacement necessary.. as the issue for my mother at age of 50. Some people say knee replacement is last stage, you can get injection for cartilage..guide us thanks

My toes and fingers become stiff and curl all of sudden. They become fine after 30sec or so but the sensation of it being there stays for awhile. This has been happening quite often recently. What shall I do?

My brother of age 36 yrs has continuous pain in both of his upper legs since almost 18 months. Recently one of the doctor in my town after conducting MRI, advised that both the Hip Joints have worn out to the extent of 60% left side & 30% in right side. He advised to replace both the Hip joints for a comfortable future life and so seeking a second opinion from a qualified doctor prior to undergoing surgery.

I am having pain and swelling in both of my hands since 2 months,did x-ray, NCV, Blood test(RF factor , CBC, ESR, HLA B27), everything came normal. First the pain started in left wrist with no swelling, then moved to entire hand and now in both the hands with frequent swelling. Pain starts from elbow n increases towards hand and palm/ fingers, extreme hair fall and occasional fever has started since 2-3 weeks, consulted orthopedic, neurosurgeon and now rheumatologist. Got another blood test done (attached reports) 1.  ANA by immunofluorescence, got borderline nucleolus results. 2. Anti cyclic citrullinated peptide Please suggest what can be the possible reason for these symptoms and reports

I had spinal tb and completed one year treatment last month and my scan reports shown there is no disease remains and blood test shown no infection now I get mild pain at side of my ribs what could be the reason??

Felling So much pain in right hand side shoulder joints area. It started yesterday morning after wake up. I slept Right side than got problem. It a muscular pain. Please Advice me any exercise or medicines. Thank you.

On the second day of period I got a severe pain in my lower abdomen which went after two days slowly. The pain was in abdomen first then slowly shifted upwards causing stiffness of my stomach muscles it had happened once eight months back same situation what may be the reason.

Sir I have undergone an arthroscopic acl surgery. After 15 days of my surgery my stitches were removed and after 3 days of stitches removal water automatically oozing out of knee. And now dressing is undergoing. And now whitish yellow knots are coming out from the knee and water coming from knee has been reduced is it a good sign or not or any complications or anything I can do to cure this.

In stairs climbing and walking, I have pain in my knee, x-ray suggests some what cartilage tear, have taken cartilage medicine, but after course I have moderate pain in my knee
