Bruised finger and sore knuckle

I was playing rugby and in tackel i whacked my hand off of somebody. There was immediate pain my little finger’s knuckle. After a few hours passed, there is pain in my palm and my little finger’s joint is buised. The knuckle appears to be slightly sunken but not fully. Pain is not awful but my hand is becoming stiffer.

Ankel n knee pain.

Having ankel n knee pain. When I get up in morning I take baby steps for sometimes than it's fine. But I cannot stand for long or can't walk much. I am wearing soft footwear's maximum time. If I sit for long time than again I need to start with baby steps. Now knee pain also started.
