Bone & Muscle problems

Pain for last three years. Entire back side pain, particularly middle of the backbone. Problems arise all the time. Mainly when i wake up from sleep it increases. I also have stomach gas problems all the time. Please help me to get rid of these problems.

I have been a pain on my right shoulder side. And suddenly I got that from last week. Never I got any injury but the pain sudden occurs. And for 3 days I have been getting severe pain in spinal cord.it is too much so that I can't bend down. I consult with a general physician but is does not work.. he said it is nerve problem for which plain occurs below shoulder suddenly. Please advise

I met an accident 2 days ago and then have taken the first aid also. But I still having pain since 3 months, finally I went orthopaedic in Chennai he gave ubicar, Dvion,and etoshine90 medicines, I have thyroid problem I am using thyrox 25 mg, parocen. Till now I am having problem pain
