Brain and Spine Problems

3 years ago diagnose with spine problem in mri.by neurosurgeon and tell me u have disc problem and suggest for surgery. But said to him for medicine and now take medicine from last 3 years. But today condition feel pain in lower back all day like Needle and can't walk more pain in legs all time fatigue and little control by medicine. And doctor again said to me for mri and in mri shows l5 s1 =8.9mm now what should I do

Hello, Whenever I overthink or feel tensed alot or do more work i feel so much dizziness suddenly and back headaches litely. And I suffer from neck pain . I'm use vertigo related tablets when I suffer like this prescribed by doctor. Is this something relates to brain or the pain is related to neck pain and it passing it to the back head? Thank you!!

Eyes are not closing or blacking out while trying to sleep and i am not getting deep sleep for more than 3 years and have disturb sleep, basically my brain is not shutting down when I want to sleep or when i sleep my brain active and thinking of something else. Due to this my eyes are tired daily and have dark circles, not able to get deep sleep like forgetting veering and blacking out. I had covid in 2021. And my work shift time differs some time morning, and sometime afternoon. 2 years before I was in complete night shift. Tried sleeping pills zolfresh then also was not able to sleep.

I am facing issue like half headache and spot headache. It feels like one side of head has been caught by something, that sometimes leads to head heaviness, and swelling in eye area. I am not able to focus anywhere coz of this. I am not able to understand what's happening.

I have migraine symptoms with out aura some times  means 1 time in a month aura also I can manage migraine pain but some symptoms I can not manage Some times I am getting vertigo that time my back head pain I can't see Brite lights it fleeing like fall down ofter few minutes I relief

Does stopping diabetic medicines will affect to nerves? I am a neuropathy patient (sensor Motor neuropathy by birth) now I am in wheelchair.. I have a diabetes from past 3 years I have been checking sugar test always it has been normal from 2 years.. so I have thought to stop diabetic medicines by the help of my treating doctor.. but now I am confusing and afraid.. if I stop diabetic medicines (glimicure m1) then it will affect to  nerves? there is any problem to my health ? Please suggest me doctors

My baby's hands and legs are growing unevenly. She is feeling pain at ankle. We got to know that there is 3cm difference between both legs. The pelvis is also in  tilted position. Is this going to impact her in future? Can any help us with this problem?

I am experiencing pain in my right temple area. Though it is mild pain. It is also sensitive to touch like it is bruised  Can't even tie my hair. It has been almost a year since this pain started. The pain goes on its own after a few days. What could it be? Thank you.

My husband had headache and fever since yesterday .He usually got headache when skip meals or not getting proper sleep.His headache gone by yester afternoon but fever starts .I gave him dolo 650 and still he feel so tired and feverish.Today morning when he fell down while brushing.He sweat alot and confused for a moment and then become normal in a minute.Is there something to worry?

My mother is 56 years old , 5 feet and her weight is 85 kg . She has sugar, thyroid and BP issue. She had spine surgery (L4,L5,S1) on 2nd May 2025 . Even after 12 days of surgery , she has pain in her right leg - thigh and mainly on shin bone when she sits or start walking. She also had little numbness in her right leg and feels heavy. She can move her both legs , ankles and toe fingers. The bowel/urination is normal. She did not have this pain before surgery . Is it normal to have leg pain after surgery? What could be the reason behind this pain and solution for issue ? Please suggest
