Brain and Spine Problems

I am suffering from headache and sometimes it feels like I am sitting in a moving train. Please help

My father is suffering from L4L5 problem and he cant even walk for 5 min straight and when he consulted near by doctor he said that blood content is some what low and he is also getting severe muscle pains is it very serious what should my father do to cure this which type of medication is needed does he need surgery

I started having right arm pain,went to a bone doctor he gave muscle relaxants didnt help.Then I started having numbness, in my right leg on and off,Post that I got diagnosed with covid.I am recovering now,but the previous arm pain has shifted to neck and shoulder and back as well.I am taking muscle relaxants but it is not working,feeling loss of grip in right hand as well.I also have a ganglion cyst.The numbness in my right feet usually comes when I am sitting crossed legged.But it was never present earlier.Also,these shoulder and neck pain had come previous year as well,xray was normal and I got better with muscle relaxants.I am worried are all this symptoms of MS or Spinal tumor.Should I get an Mri done.current medications-maxmala and toperitas d tab.

My neurologist asked me to go for brain MRI (P+C) as I was facing left side headache and numbness only around left eye. Left eye is also paining and causing blurry vision. My MRI report impression is:- 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐟𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐢𝐝 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞. 𝐍𝐨 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐛𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐧. Is my eye needs contact lens or something happening inside my brain : (

She is getting headache only in 1 side for last 7 days . Earlier it was from head to back. Now it is till shoulder. She visited a doctor who diagnosed the problem as a cervical and gave 5 days Medicine but no relief is there. Pls advise

I recovered from covid pneumonia 5 weeks ago. From past 3-4 days I am having persistent heaviness and stiffness in head and sometimes there's headache on the sides. It's bearable but it's persistent. What should I do?

My brother usually get a 8 hr sleep but in odd cycle (3-11 AM). How can he get it under control fast? (11pm -7 AM)?

I have a sedentary job (WFH), and has been secluded at home for more months due to lockdown. I am experiencing numbness in finger tips of both hands and dorsal surface of foot since since 1 month . No pain anywhere. Sometimes legs feel discordinated while walking after sitting for long. I am a non vegetarian and eat a staple diet. History of lumbar disctectomy (l4-l5) 4 years back.

I always face trouble falling asleep. I feel my mind is keep on working whenever I try to sleep and  unnecessary thought are there always. Either it's night or day time I can't sleep for an hour. I just sleep for few minutes or max half an hour  and I feel fresh after that. But this cause me dark circles, Headache and constant sleepiness, tiredness.
