Cervical Pain
I am suffering from cervical pain in my right shoulder and right hand including neck area. I am having this pain from the last 3 years.

Hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs . Core Strengthening Exercises.

It can be radiating nerve pain due to compression at cervical vertebrae...spine mobilisation and neural tissue mobilisation is most effective and mandatory followed by neck ms. strengthening and posture corrections

It could have cervical origin like spondylosis/disc bulge

It  may be because of poor posture adopted during your working hours you may suffer this pain also because of weak neck and Shoulder muscles.

Greetings,  sorry about the pain.  You seem to suffer from poor posture and overactive muscles.   You didn't mention if you followed any exercise for neck or shoulders.
Next Steps
get to see a physio with knowledge about trigger point therapy,  massage and posture correction and your problem will be solved under 2 weeks.  if possible hire a physio as your trainer for 3-4 months to correct your posture plus overall fitness and you cam see remarkable recovery

Ok Meet physiotherapist and tk treatment. It's chronic pain so avoid computer work and heavy weight till relief

Neck and shoulder pain can be because of different reasons, they could be just Muscles or nerve can be compressed around neck. I  assume you have already shown it to multiple Dr. You must have some diagnosis with you.
Next Steps
If muscle is involve then get them relax and strengthening after that. With nerve, stretches should be able to help you.
