Thriphala guggul is not at all advicable for constipation condition,it not helpful for ur condition.
As per Ayurveda constipation is a major causa for all most all health problem so never treat constipation with self medication.
Simply giving reply to ur query never gives u permanent cure
Without rule out root cause giving simply medicines never help u.
Please don't take triphala guggulu for constipation. It's always adviced to take triphala churna. And you can take as long as you want. But if you're constipation is come to normal then try eating food and leafy vegetables which can relieve constipation
