Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From past 3 days I am experiencing a sharp pain in my right ear and during cleaning of the ear there was blood in it. I faced dizziness too. I have a history of allergy and high blood pressure.

Dear Dr I sat at cool place which is open terrace on 25th, took 2nd dose covaxin on 27th from 28th late evening I am suffering from cold .. Running nose with small congestion, not much of cough.. Pls advise is it vaccine effect also since it's been 3 days from covid vaccine can I take any medicine like Allegra

I have a borewell underground water connection through jet pump that is stored in tank kept on terrace. I am very anxious since I have read about N Fowleri infection. I was taking a bath when a little water went in my nostril while washing hair. I tried to blow it out covering my nose with a towel. It didn't go up my nose. My concern is that since I blew my nose too hard, can the water be sucked up till my sinus, as I had read that on blowing nose hard, phlegm present in nose can get sucked in sinus due to the pressure difference thus created? Am I safe? We use RO water for drinking, and we use tank water (pulled up via jet pump) for washing face/bathing etc.  Please help me relieve my worry as I have to look after my family, I cannot risk on my life. Can I take Azithromycin to prevent infection?

Since 4 days I have pain in my left ear. It pains if I put the finger inside ear and also if I press below ear om neck it pains. Tried clear wax drops since 2 days but didn't help. It feels as if the ear is blocked.

Hi im having nose pain like the bone is getting tight like feel.. Also i get this often after i play football.. From childhood i have DNS, and recently have left sided inferior Turbinate Hypertrophy too.. I have jaw muscle tightness too.. So what can be the issue? Is it DNS?..kindly suggest.. Thanks

Caugh sputum tastes metallic. Irritation as well. No running nose. Not taking any cold items. Pl advice for the same. Also because of caugh pain is there in the throat
