I eat 3 Times meals in a day, with meals I eat raw onions minimum 2 Times and maximum 3 Times also per day..since last 1 year... I skip raw onions only when I eat sweetery food, minimum 2 times a day, I hopes this does not have any disadvantage for the body... Is it so ?? Eating raw onions 2,3 Times a day has any disadvantage on the body

No, there is no problem in eating raw onion . But it seems that you are overweight. So, eat less sugar or sweet foods and try to eat balanced diet to get ideal weight .
