Good evening, It's better to take before 1/2 an hour of your meal, it helps in proper digestion and contains high fibre to improve gut stability. It minimises the extra food craving so that's why it is helpful in weight management by increasing the metabolic process.

You can eat it just before a meal or 15-20 mins earlier. It does not matter, but what matters is a moderation diet and exercise for 30 mins daily

There's no strict rule about needing a gap before consuming cucumber before large meals. However, some people find that eating cucumber before a meal can help promote hydration and contribute to feelings of fullness, potentially leading to consuming fewer calories during the main meal. Cucumber is low in calories and rich in water, making it a hydrating and refreshing snack choice. Additionally, the fiber content in cucumber may aid in digestion and promote feelings of satiety. Ultimately, whether you choose to have cucumber before a large meal depends on your personal preferences and how it affects your digestion and appetite. Some individuals may prefer to eat cucumber as part of their meal, while others may prefer to consume it as a snack before or between meals.

At least a 30 minute break should be there. But better is to take a good plate of salad instead of just cucumber to get all the nutrients

Healthy afternoon, Eating cucumber daily can be a healthy choice as they are low in calories and high in water content, making them a good source of hydration and nutrients. You should consider is having them before your any meals at least 30 minutes before. Eating cucumber with meals can cause indigestion.

Not very sure why you are taking cucumber before meals just let me know Any raw vegetables  or as salad can influence your eating pattern it can slightly reduce you from over eating the actual meal
