Hello i am suffering from squint in left eye which goes inwards from childhood and i have had undergone a squint surgery at age 5 and after 5 6 years my squint returned but this time its in outward direction, at this age 25 is it possible to treat my squint permanently??

Good morning sir/madam, I am experiencing itching and irritation in my eyes since 5-6 days. Most commonly in the corner of eyes. I have recently recovered from covid. I was asymptomatic. I have had this nodule on my upper eyelid for 2 years by now, it's not changing in size, it's not feeling painful and there's no eyelash loss, the red veins on my eyelid  appears in the other eyelid as well but as normal color the lower eyelid, I have two lumbs that feels strong or firm and they have been on my lower eyelid for 5 months, when I wake up I see some kind of crust on my eyelashes (only the lower eyelid near the lumbs) I tried eye ointment but it didn't seem to help so is this eyelid cancer or is it a chalazia?
