After consuming a heavy meal, my heartbeat goes to 105-115.. if I take a simple meal comprising dal sabzi then it doesn't happen.. but if the meal has sugar or spices then the heart rate goes haywire... i have had ecg n echo done to be sure that there is no heart disease.. I have been suffering from this problem since a long time and desperately want a solution
I take PANTOP 40 mg but it has not proved effective

its normal for some people. after consuming spicy ,oily food blood circulation become high due to fat deposition in blood.in future it leads to high cholesterol or pcos or tachycardia.so reduce oil and spices from your diet. do regular exercise, drink properly. for details you can contact me in practo

Hi,
This may be a symptom of heatstroke, you need to consult with a physician first after proper examination go for any medications, rest take soft diet and be hydrated with lots of fluids like coconut water, Bel sharbat etc.
Try to avoid spicy and sugary food as much as possible in that case. Make sure you are well hydrated.
Have atleast 2-3 litres of water.
Have small frequent meals to avoid the load on your Digestive system and your heart.
