From past 1.5 years I have been facing heavy sleep after any meal, lunch breakfast or dinner.
Earlier I thought it's normal to feel sleepy after meal but now it is increased, so thought to consult...
JFYI, my BP is on lower side mostly because I do lot of physical activity like cycling, badminton, martial arts, yoga etc..so I feel somewhere it may be because of that, not sure though.
Please let me know what should i do in this case ? What is cure for this ?
Thank you

At your age, heavy sleeping after meals is not ok. Get your TSH checked. Also ensure that you are not overeating in a meal .Take a balanced home made meal, rich in protein as you are active in sports. Also you can take nimbu Pani, chhach, coconut water or fruit chat between meals to keep your BP normal.
