My mother is having hemoglobin level of 8.3 g/dl and her Mentzer Index is 28.1. She feel tiredness, fatigue all the time. Kindly suggest.

My ferritin was very low so doc gave iron infusion now my ferritin is 107 my all cbc lft full health report is perfectly normal but my shortness of breath is disturbing like hell its not getting good its almost more than one month since i have taken iv iron im doing breathing exercise but its disturbing a lot when can i get back to normal im living a healthy life style eating iron rich foods

I've been feeling ongoing fatigue, some weight loss, joint pain, and occasional swelling in the leg where I had a fracture 7 years ago. A recent blood test showed macrocytic anemia, low Vitamin B12, severe Vitamin D deficiency, high ESR, and mild RBC shape abnormalities. I’m not on any regular medications. I’d like to know the best treatment plan, especially regarding supplements for B12 and D3, and whether further tests (like iron, folate, arthritis panel, or imaging) are needed. Also, is the old fracture causing the swelling? Can these supplements be taken together safely?

I would like to ask how can I differentiate an insomnia case caused by anxiety and overthinking from that caused by a neurological disorder. Are there any day time symptoms as well to look for when making an informed choice whether to see a psychiatrist or a neurologist for my case? I am experiencing insomnia for about 4 weeks now and have been prescribed Prothiaden 50 mg.

At night I start to feel a warm hot sensation in right part of my face and I start to sweat and my neck and face sweats sometimes I only feel the part to be warm just before it happens like sweating but no sweat and also this feeling happens at the back. Also I have a swollen lymph node in neck that has comparatively reduced but the sore throat still persists. Pls someone reply. This is happening since last 3 weeks. I'm very scared of cancer is it a sign of cancer also is this a kind of night sweat? Also I'm fatigued now, I have yellow stools and nausea and body aches and pain

I am 35years old.. suffering from high fever..7days already passed..I took Azithromycin tablet at first alergic reactions occur..after that I had tremendous throbbing pain in the back of my head..it was not going..another doctor gave taxim 0 200..in general I tolerate that medicine..but this after this alergic reactions i couldn't tolerate that medicine..I got hospitalized there they again change and gave monocef 1gm iv injection..I took only once till now should I take it more..would it be safe for me? As came back from hospital from hospital my medicine kit was not found..can you kindly say asper 1gm iv injection how much dose should I take for how many times? Pls suggest 🙏

After eating very little food my stomach feels full like I have eaten big meal. From very beginning I am underweight 44kg, 6ft 1inch height. No pain in stomach. Not allergic to dairy products or anything like that everything normal. In 2020 I had slight pain in stomach after eating outside then I went to doctor and was prescribed a probiotic called Live Freeze-Dried Lactic Acid Bacteria and Bidobacteria Capsules VSL#3. After having this probiotic my early satiety problem vanished I could eat big meals without getting fullness in stomach. But after treatment got over (I don't remember how long it was prescribed) I was again feeling full after eating small meal. What should I do?
