Frequent awakening at night

I am having the problem of false awakening frequently and its somehow disturbing me a lot. Previously i used to have this loop dreaming in daytime but now it started in night also. Please suggest me something soon

I take BP medicine at night cilnidipine plus metoprolol (CilacarM,10/50) and Ecospirin AV after dinner around 9pm daily. Around 3AM I start urinating 3/4 times till 5 am.
