Hairline clavicle fracture
Had Hairline clavicle fracture just few days back. Every moment with arm is very painful.
As of now using only figure 8 brAce. Any other advice?

Figure of 8 bandage is obsolete now and it's role in clavicle fracture is debatable.
Wear a arm pouch for 4-6 weeks depending on fracture status.
Do not move upper limb for 4weeks.

Hi,
Have good analgesics depending on your allergy status.
Pls move your fingers and elbow.
Ice packs three times a day for 20mins each time.
Once pain settles start shoulder range of movements as early as possible.
