Hard to reduce weight
Hi, a year back I had been to a gynaecologist and she said that I have thyroid and started the medication. Few months after that I had a doubt and again had been to a thyroid specialist for a second opinion. As per the TSH antibodies test he said I don't have thyroid and asked me to stop the medicines from that day. But till now my weight is not being reduced though I opted for some weight loss program and all. Please suggest

Hi I would like to know your complete medical history ( if any like diabetic, acidity ) Till then i am sharing some weight loss tips with you * Start eating in smaller plates. * Short meals in regular intervals. *More of water intake. * 30 minutes walk per day. * Eat water 30 minutes before every meal * Avoid water with meals and soon after a meal. * Before having food , eat one full plate of salad. * Consume toned and double toned milk instead of full cream. * Replace unhealthy foods with healthy one.    For eg : instead of donuts, take hot brown bread with chocolate peanut butter.   Use wheat flour whole ( Atta) instead of wheat flour refind ( maida) while making white sauce. * Early morning hot water is also beneficial. * Take green tea without sugar * U need to take detox diet. Regards Godiets.
