Hi doctor my total cholesterol is 213, hdl 38 , LDL 138.4 Tryglyceride 183 Vldl 36.6 Sugar 112 Bp 120/85 No family history Why I always keep thinking about heart disease and heart attack, plz guide me is there any chance of getting heart attack with above reading??

Full body check done in last week oo September which was also normal except vitamin D and b12 deficiency and low haemoglobin. Also, there is a tightness on the left side of chest near shoulder.
