My apple watch is showing AFib. Can you please check if this is false positive? I am getting skipped heart beat after I eat. I was having this issue from past 6months. I was diagnosed with high bp 140/85.2 months ago since then I was taking beta blocker medicine metoporol succinate 50 mg by doctor reconedation. But my bp is normal now 124/80. Now I had stopped taking medicine 10 days ago. My heart rate prior medication was between 72-78. But since I was taking medicine my heart rate was 45-48. But after stopping medicine my heart rate is still same why? ( my age is 24).
