If you are looking for weight gain,eat more calorie rich , protein rich foods.Take in a lot of fresh,raw and seasonal fruits and vegetables in each meal.Do exercises for atleast 30 mins/day.A good night sleep of minimum 7-8 hours is also essential for having a healthy body.

No need to take any supplement If you are taking balance diet n do regular exercise For good health it is not necessary to join gym n take protein powder You can do walk, yoga, zumba etc Take direct consultation n provide your diet recall n eating habits so will able to plan diet plan.
