No symptoms. TSH is high. 8.3 What should I do.? Should I start medicines? If I will start medicines, my weight is already low 43 and height 5'8".

At present I am taking Novomix 30 catriges twice a day. 24 units in the morning and 20 in the evening. I am finding this expensive. Is there another insulin cheaper and good?

My fasting glucose is 105 (high) PP is 95 (normal), Cholesterol is 210 (high), HDL is 36 (low), LDL is 110 (near above optimal), Triglycerides is 303(high), Total HDL is 5.8 (high) and creatinine serum is 0.81 (high) . please let me know what does this mean and which specialization doctor should i visit. I am 42 years male

I was diagnosed with Diabetes type 2 about 10 years back. I've been on the same medication for 10 years now (Diapride M2) I am active and I don't have any serious issues till date. I even wonder if I am diabetic because I don't have any of those symptoms. When I was diagnosed of diabetes I was living a different lifestyle (night shifts, junk food, heavy non veg food, heavy alcoholism, smoking etc.) over a period I changed my lifestyle to very organized living with and well managed diet. But I've been continuing the medication till now. My question is, should I change my medication ?

I’ve had PCOS for years now. I was put on BC and then up until a year ago, I began metformin and spironolactane. My testosterone has decreased significantly, however, new symptoms began to occur. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 4 months ago (now on meds). I quit BC 2 days ago for fertility but am concerned about hormone levels. What will happen to my estrogen and progesterone levels? I purchased progesterone cream yesterday to help. Will increasing progesterone lower my estrogen?

Hi Doctor, I have been loosing so much hair from many years, i consulted many dermatologists they suggested some scalps serums and vitamins none worked a little bit, recently i found out actual problem is i have hormone imbalance, testosterone levels are much high than avg count, it is 125.I don't have any irregular periods till now and there is no thyroid problem and there is unwanted hair on my chin and upper. could you pl guide me to recover from this problem
