I am 5”8 in height and my current weight is 70 kg. I am in a growing period so i should not cut my diet. Since i am 9th class.. I don't get enough time to workout everyday. Only once in a week i go for running. Please tell me some safe ways to lose weight..

Hello dear at this adolescent tender age don't give pressure to yourself,
Eat healthy high protein, high fibre ,low fat low carb balance diet devided into 3 main and 3 small meals.
Regularly take milk and fruits and drynuts or roasted grains to satisfy hunger don't indulge in junk foods.
Keep proper hydration
Do regular physical activity of your choice to increase your capacity to study as well as do extra curricular activities.

Yes, it is true if you are in growth phase then you should have balance diet which contain protein , fat, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals plus physical activity according to your requirements at this age
It is not good to be overweight or obese at this age. Physical activity not only helpful in maintain ing the weight but also it will increase your stamina, strength.., concentration power, and many more.
