Hypnotherapy in its essence is a treatment of historic importance. In the current times, there are very few if any well trained hypnotherapists leave alone YTube hyps. It's not that much helpful in OCD. Pharmacotherapy along with CBT or ERP is advised.

Hypnotherapy might not help you fullest as a treatment of OCD (being modest in saying so). Medicine is the best option. don't hesitate to go with medication. CBT/ERP/Neuromodulation treatments you can add on.
