I am 5'7" tall and my weight is 100kg..
Shall i take whey protein?as i am starting my workout from Monday..as i am overweight so whether to take whey protein or not..because the place i am staying, here no other things except apple is avialiable..

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
