Hi,
With Pancreatitis and fatty liver youa need to follow a nutrient rich diet that is low in fats, refined carbs and well tolerated by your body as in pancreatitis there is malabsorption of nutrients that place. A personalized diet session is highly recommended for you as it takes into account your routine, lifestyle, medical conditions, medications, sleep, stress, etc. This helps in identifying the gap areas and correcting them accordingly.
As few guidelines that can be helpful for both pancreatitis and fatty liver are as follows -
1. Eat small and frequent meals

3. Avoid simple carbs like maida and it's products, sugar, aerated drinks, juices, etc.,
4. Incorporate low-fat dairy products and avoid cheese
5. Exercise for minimum 30 minutes a day
6. Stay well hydrated. Drink water at regular intervals
