Hi, With Pancreatitis and fatty liver youa need to follow a nutrient rich diet that is low in fats, refined carbs and well tolerated by your body as in pancreatitis there is malabsorption of nutrients that place. A personalized diet session is highly recommended for you as it takes into account your routine, lifestyle, medical conditions, medications, sleep, stress, etc. This helps in identifying the gap areas and correcting them accordingly. As few guidelines that can be helpful for both pancreatitis and fatty liver are as follows - 1. Eat small and frequent meals 2. Limit the use of fats such butter, oil, ghee, etc., 3. Avoid simple carbs like maida and it's products, sugar, aerated drinks, juices, etc., 4. Incorporate low-fat dairy products and avoid cheese 5. Exercise for minimum 30 minutes a day 6. Stay well hydrated. Drink water at regular intervals 7. Avoid fried, processed and packaged foods 8. Avoid red meat, egg yolk, cream, mayonnaise, etc., 9. Incorporate whole grains, fruits, and vegetables in the diet

Today’s lifestyle leads to such problem likewise fatty liver and internal fat organal diseases. Quality of fruits and vegetables are not that healthy. To get pancreas and liver healthy focus on food that are rich in protein, low in animal fas and contain antioxidants properties. You can add lean meat, beans, lentils, clear soups, and dairy alternatives for some time, such as flax milk and almond milk. Add more of water to your routine. Take blend food for sometime like wise rice Dry toast Khichri Lentil soup Bean soup etc Once you are healed go for your constitution check( vaat/ pit/ kapha) as excess heat formation in the body sometimes creates these issues. You Should treat the reason of the problem not just the symptoms.
