Hi,kindly book a consultation with me so that we can have a proper discussion before i can suggest you with a solution. I am available right now regards.
A combination of good lifestyle like 1 hr physical exercises like brisk walking, floor excercise and cycling, along with a good combination of meals including high fibre, branched chain amino acids from plant protein like pulses, soyabean etc are good to reverse fatty liver. Also raw turmeric paste or grated 1 tsf with half raw amla and honey can be taken empty stomach in the morning
As a quick tip kindly
Restrict simple carbohydrates coming from soft drinks, bakery products, ready to eat processed foods
Include variety of green leafy vegetables, lentils ,pulses and seasonal fruits
Avoid alcohol
Choose optimal physical activity
Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day.
Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities. Try getting sleep for 6-8 hrs min.
