I want to lose my weight
In last six months my weight gained a lot. I want to lose it and want a perfect figure. Specially I want to lose fat from tummy and Hips and thighs. Will you please help me?

Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Do lower body toning exercises. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Take high fiber low fat diet. Avoid outside food completely. Avoid preserved foods. Ask me directly for detailed diet plan.
