I want to reduce weight
I am 140+ kg and wanted to start with Crash diet and lose atleast 40-45 kg weight in next 5 months what is the best possible way and diet plan should i opt for.

Hello.... 140+is grade 3 obesity ..There are no magic bullets or secrets when it comes to losing weight,you must take low carbohydrate, low fat diet with more of fruits and. Vegetables... .. You might be sedentary, you must start walking or doing some work to burn calories stored under skin.... Don't go for medicines to loose weight, it has adverse effects, if you want to try surgical option consult doctor
