If you have an long standing acidity issue, it is more important to address that before you begin your program of intermittent fasting. Before you begin your program, I would like you to ask yourself a few question ? 1. What is my Goal ? 2. Am I taking the appropriate step towards my Goal ? 3. Is the step that I have chosen, harmful for me in the Long run ? 4. Are there any other alternatives to reaching my Goal ?

Hi In the beginning you should not start with 16hrs fasting. To maintain weight everyday fasting is not healthy idea. Along with same.you need to treat acidity issue. As digestion impacts on health and nutrient absorbtion.

Hi! Intermittent fasting is a great way to maintain weight and good health, but you must always do it under strict supervision and guidance . Do not start with 16 hours , go slow and let your body adjust to fasting , that is when you will be able to maintain it for longer. A detailed assessment is necessary to provide a suitable diet plan that works
