Intermittent fasting
My friend had been doing her intermittent fasting since last year. She gradually reduced her weight and now her weight is getting increased. Now she is 59.7kg whom used to be 54kg. She is eating very less calories and don't know how much calories does she needs. And moreover she wants to continue the intermittent fasting. What can be the reason for her weight gain and solution?

Gud morning intermittent fasting wont work if she has some internal health issues or hormonal issues prior undetected through blood test.tell her to take up consultation directly through practo app.

Hello good evening, Intermittent fasting is not good to go longer with it. She must have to stop continuing it further. I need her age and height to suggest for a ideal body weight according to the BMI. The reason for weight gain is may be nutritional deficiencies. She can be malnourished by continue following intermittent fasting.
