Hey Incomplete knowledge is very harmful. First you need to know what exactly is ketodiet. Ketodiet is low carbohydrate diet whereas high in protein and moderate in fats. A ketogenic diet can be good for losing weight for most people, and is very good for treating seizures but since you are also dealing with heavy hairfall and acne problems i guess u should avoid taking this. And PCOS can be more easily cured with correct diet and exercise. If you can follow a meal plan properly then contact us. Feel free to share your number. Till then i am sharing some weight loss tips with you : *  1 tea spoon jeera with 1/2 dal cheeni stick soaked overnight in water with water. * Avoid water with meals and soon after any meal. * Drink lots and lots of water . * Follow 6 meal pattern. Regards, Godiet.
