To maintain liver health you should follow a balanced diet, which contains good quality protein, fresh fruits, vegetables and low fat. Try to avoid oily and spicy food, drink 3 litre water per day, and maintain a proper meal timing. Choosing of cooking oil is important. Try to avoid margarine, ghee, red meat. Iron rich foods are liver, egg yolk, dates, jaggery, til, green leafy vegetables, soyabean, bengal gram etc. Wheat grass juice you can have, but specifically it will work in maintaining liver health it can't say.
