Multi vitamin and fish oil tablet
I am going to gym since last six months For 1.5 to 2 hrs everyday except Sunday. Can I take one multi vitamin and fish oil tablet everyday? If yes what is the best time to have? Could you suggest any brand? Thanks in advance!

Hi Sir Multivitamin and essential oil supplements are not required . You can meet your daily requirement by adding nuts , seeds , fruits , cereals , lean meat and avocados in your diets

Gud afternoon if u r having a healthy diet then there is no need to take multivitamins or fish oil supplement, if not then u can use amway nutrilite multivitamins or omega 3 fish oil supplement in long run no side effects after leaving it's usage.
